Private Party Information


Booking & Attendance Guarantees
The final guest count is due one week before the event. If you have less people that you originally booked with you will be charged $25.00 per person until you have reached your guest count.
If more people attend than previously confirmed you will be charged one and a half times the quoted per person charge.
If the group is paying with separate checks the host/person who booked the event will be responsible for the additional charges. This is necessary to ensure proper table settings, food requirements, and other planning.

Price Quotations

Pricing, verbal or written, are subject to change due to fluctuation in food and beverage costs. All prices given less than 30 days prior to the event are confirmed and will not be changed.

Cancellation Policy

Events that are cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled date may be charged 50% of gross food sales based on the guaranteed guest count.

Room Charges

There is no charge to rent the banquet room. However, a $100.00 deposit is due when booking the back room and a $200.00 deposit is due when booking the whole dining room. The deposit is charged to a credit card, or accepted in cash or check, and is non refundable.
The banquet room will be held without a deposit for 10 days.
A minimum bill of $1,000.00 is needed to reserve the back room on Friday & Saturday night. A minimum bill of $750.00 is needed to reserve the back room on Wednesday & Thursday night. There is no minimum to reserve the back room Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.
There is no minimum needed to reserve the banquet room for lunch Wednesday through Sunday. Any afternoon parties need to be out of the private room by 4:30pm in order for no minimum to apply.

Menu Choices

All menu choices are due 2 weeks prior to the event. Groups of more than 25 may order off of the buffet menus, banquet menus, or may create a condensed menu from our full menu featuring 4-5 items. Due to both Health Department Regulations and Insurance Liability, no leftover food from buffets may be removed from the premise.
Cakes may be brought in for events but are subject to a $10.00 cake fee. Dessert will be displayed, cut & served by our staff.

We have a several tray options as well for an appetizer course for parties. They need to be ordered two weeks ahead of time so they can be prepared for your party's arrival. They are as follows:

Cheese & Cracker Tray
Assortment of sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, dill Havarti, marbled jack, muenster, Swiss, cheddar chipotle, fontina, and Pinconning. Accompanied with 3 kinds of crackers.

Large Tray serves 50 to 60 people - $75.00
Medium Tray serves 35 to 45 people $55.00
Small Tray serves 20 to 30 people - $40.00
Extra Small Tray serves 10 to 15 people - $20.00

Fruit Tray
Assortment of cantaloupe, honey dew, strawberries, pineapple, and grapes arranged on trays.

Large Tray serves 50 to 60 people - $75.00
Medium Tray serves 35 to 45 people - $55.00
Small Tray serves 20 to 30 people - $40.00
Extra Small Tray serves 10 to 15 people - $22.00

Vegetable Tray
Baby carrots, celery, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli, red bell peppers, and ranch dressing.

Large Tray serves 50 to 60 people - $60.00
Medium Tray serves 35 to 45 people - $45.00
Small Tray serves 20 to 30 people - $30.00
Extra Small Tray serves 10 to 15 people - $18.00

Shrimp Tray
Poached cocktail shrimp chilled and accompanied with lemon and cocktail sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
Deep fried chicken wings accompanied with sides of buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dressing.

Pinwheels
Assortment of wraps rolled into pinwheels and then sliced. Choose 3 of the following:
Smoked Turkey Flour tortilla rolled with Caesar mayo, romaine, smoked turkey, smoked Gouda, and tomato.

The Club Ham, smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, and cream cheese.

Turkey Caesar Smoked turkey, romaine, red bell pepper, tomato, Caesar, mayo and smoked gouda.

Roasted Corn & Avocado Roasted corn and avocado puree, romaine, pepper jack cheese, banana peppers, red bell peppers, and tomato.

Ham & Baby Spinach Ham, baby spinach, tomato, red bell pepper, scallion cream cheese, and Swiss.

Buffalo Chicken - Buffalo chicken, lettuce, tomato, scallions, sour cream, and cheddar.

Baby Spinach & Beets - Baby spinach, beets, banana peppers, smoked Gouda, avocado, and scallion cream cheese.

Sante Fe Chicken - Southwest chicken breast, jalepeno peppers, roasted corn, tomato, black bean puree, and Monterey jack cheese.

Ranch Turkey - Smoked turkey, bacon, tomato, ranch dressing baby spinach, and Swiss cheese.

Small Tray of approximately 30 pinwheels (1 choice) - $30.00
Medium Tray of approximately 60 pinwheels (2 choices) - $55.00
Large Tray of approximately 120 pinwheels (3 choices) - $100.00

We work from three menus: a Lunch Menu, a Dinner Menu, and a Banquet Menu.

The Lunch Menu is available Wednesday through Saturday.
The Restaurant and Banquet Menus are available anytime.
From the Lunch and Restaurant Menu you choose 3 to 4 items off the menu, which we then put on a separate menu. These custom menus are placed in front of your guests that evening from which they choose from at that time. The price is what it is on the menu and does not include beverages.

The Banquet Menus have many of the same choices as our Restaurant Menu, but has been put into groups for our ease of production. The benefit to you is the quality of product and one set price for each plate, making it easier to put a budget together. The banquet prices do not include beverages.
