Cheese & Broccoli Soup

Cream Soup made with sharp cheddar and broccoli.

Haystack Burger

Half pound Angus burger char-grilled to temperature with grilled ham, Swiss cheese and haystack onions.  Served on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato and a side of mayo.  Accompanied with your side of choice.

Curried Scallops Risotto

Natural sea scallops pan seared with curry spices.  Accompanied with risotto sauteed with roasted garlic, scallions, fresh cream and parmesan.

Philly Calzone

Roast beef grilled with onions, roasted red peppers and green bell peppers, then baked in a calzone with Swiss and scallion cream cheeses.  Served with a side of Alfredo sauce.

Seafood Pasta

Shrimp, grilled salmon and scallops sauteed with artichoke hearts, red onions and baby spinach.  Deglazed with white wine then finished with pesto Alfredo sauce and angel hair pasta.

Baked Salmon

8 ounce cut of baked Atlantic Salmon served over a bed of deep fried spinach and topped with balsamic vinegar.  Accompanied with your choice of potato, wild rice blend or vegetable du jour.

Dessert Pizza

Cinnamon sugar pizza crust baked with caramel cream cheese, mandarin oranges, dried cherries, strawberries and caramelized bananas.  Finished with whip cream and shaved white and dark chocolate.
