Haystack Burger

Half pound Angus burger char-grilled to temperature with grilled ham, Swiss cheese and haystack onions.  Served on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato and a side of mayo.  Accompanied with your side of choice.

Curried Scallops Risotto

Natural sea scallops pan seared with curry spices.  Accompanied with risotto sauteed with roasted garlic, scallions, fresh cream and parmesan.

Smoked Chicken Pie

Pizza topped with Alfredo sauce, baby spinach, smoked chicken breast, broccoli, red onion, baby corn & mozzarella.  Available in 13 in or 8 in.

Seafood Jambaylia

Shrimp and Scallops sauteed in olive oil with bayou spices.  Finished with our vegetable jambaylia sauce, wild rice blend and steamed mussels.

Cajun Shrimp Penne

7 shrimp dusted in Cajun spices then sauteed with scallions, roasted red bell pepper, cajun sausage and roasted garlic.  Deglazed with white wine and finished with penne pasta, basil pesto and frank’s red hot Alfredo.

Dessert Flight

Carmel apple cheesecake topped with caramel creme sauce. Accompanied with a creme brulee and a brownie topped with hot fudge and whipped cream.
