Jay’s Jambaylia
Shrimp and cajun sausage sauteed in olive oil with bayou spices, then finished with char-grilled cajun chicken and our chef’s spicy jambaylia and vegetable sauce. Served over wild rice blend. (Mild spice upon request).
Shepherd’s Pie
Elk meatballs and ground venison suateed with cajun sausage, red onion, roasted red peper and roasted garlic. Deglazed with red wine and finished with espagnole sauce, wild rice and yukon potatoes.
Angel Hair Chicken
Mushrooms sauteed with red onion, roasted red bell pepper and baby spinach. Deglazed with white wine and finished with basil pesto cream sauce, angel hair pasta and char-grilled dijon chicken breast.
Baked Chicken Pasta
Char-grilled chicken breast served over angel hair pasta then baked with marinara or alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
