Dessert Buffets
Our dessert buffets consist of creme brulees, chocolate covered cheesecake, New York cheesecake, southern pecan pie, fudge brownies, ice cream and hot fudge sundaes.
Cake Plating
If you would like to bring your own cake, a charge of $10.00 will be added for the cutting and plating of the cake.
Custom Buffets
Our chefs can accommodate most menu requests. If you would like to modify a menu or build one yourself we will be happy to assist you with it.
Party Minimums
30 person minimum for the buffet menus. A minimum charge for 27 people in the event the party falls to under 25.

Roasted pork loin topped with pork au jus.
Smothered Chickens
Grilled chicken breasts topped with sauteed mushrooms, red onion, and cheese.
Pesto Broiled Redfish
Redfish baked with butter and spices, then broiled with basil pesto.
Penne Pasta Alfredo
Penne pasta tossed with our Alfredo sauce.
Seasonal Vegetables
Fresh vegetable sauteed in olive oil.

Yukon gold potatoes oven roasted with butter and spices.
