Buffet Menus

Dessert Buffets

Our dessert buffets consist of creme brulees, chocolate covered cheesecake, New York cheesecake, southern pecan pie, fudge brownies, ice cream and hot fudge sundaes.

Cake Plating

If you would like to bring your own cake, a charge of $10.00 will be added for the cutting and plating of the cake.

Custom Buffets

Our chefs can accommodate most menu requests.  If you would like to modify a menu or build one yourself we will be happy to assist you with it.

Party Minimums

30 person minimum for the buffet menus.  A minimum charge for 27 people in the event the party falls to under 25.

Roast Beef

Slow roasted top round carved thin to order with a sour cream horseradish sauce.

Roasted Pork Loin

Roasted pork loin topped with pork au jus.

Smothered Chickens

Grilled chicken breasts topped with sauteed mushrooms, red onion, and cheese.

Pesto Broiled Redfish

Redfish baked with butter and spices, then broiled with basil pesto.

Penne Pasta Alfredo

Penne pasta tossed with our Alfredo sauce.

Seasonal Vegetables

Fresh vegetable sauteed in olive oil.

Roasted Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes oven roasted with butter and spices.

Whipped Potatoes

Whipped yukon gold potatoes.

Mediterranean Salad

Romaine topped with cucumber, tomato, black olive and Feta cheese.

House Salad

Salad Greens topped with grape tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons.
