8 ounce ball tip sirloin char-grilled to temperature with sauteed red onions, mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers and Monterey jack cheese. Served with sauteed vegetables and whipped Yukon potatoes.
Baked Chicken Alfredo
Char-grilled chicken breast served over angel hair pasta, then baked with alfredo sauce and mozzarella. Served with a side of sauteed vegetables.
Blackened Fish Tacos
Redfish blackened in a cast iron skillet, then served in a flour tortilla with mixed field greens, feta, black bean and corn salsa and a side of bayou sour cream. Served with a side of sauteed vegetables.
Vegetable Risotto
Sauteed artichoke hearts, tomato, steamed broccoli, shii-take mushrooms and asparagus deglazed with white wine and finished with risotto and basil pesto.

8 ounce trotter cut top sirloin char-grilled to temperature with sauteed mushrooms. Served with whipped Yukon potatoes.
Coconut Shrimp
Large shrimp deep fried in a coconut breading. Served with whipped Yukon potatoes.
Sesame Seared Tuna
